Apologies for all the white bits around the character; the PSD wouldn't open in Photoshop so I had to work with the flattened image. Not fun! Wow, I am le suck at designing dresses. I envy all you fashionable people. I think there was some subconscious Anastasia/Drizella influence going on with that bustle thar, but I think I am content with the way it turned out in the end.
